Day 1

On arrival in Santiago, you will be met and transferred from the airport to the Hotel Plaza San Francisco for five nights.

Day 2

Half day sightseeing tour of Santiago including La Moneda Palace, the Main Square, the 18th century Metropolitan Cathedral and San Cristobal Hill.

Day 3

Full day excursion to the Pacific Coast via the vineyards and fruit plantations of the Curacavi and Casablanca valleys, including the picturesque port of Valparaiso and the charming summer resort of Vina del Mar.

Day 4

Searching for the condor (walking tour)! Leave Santiago for Cajon del Maipo. The walking tour begins at San Alfonso at the site of Cascada de las Animas. Cross the Maipo river on a suspension bridge and continue along a narrow path normally used by muleteers. Climb up to the Morra lookout to observe the condors. Lunch at Cascada de las Animas.

Day 5

Wines of Casablanca Valley (approx 80 km from Santiago). This excursion departs from Santiago to visit the wineries of the Casablanca Valley: – Cuvee Mumm, Veramonte, and Santa Emiliana. Lunch at Santa Emiliana hospitality centre.

Day 6

Depart for a winery tour to the Colchagua valley and Hacienda los Lingues (Relais & Chateaux), a grand estate approximately 126km south of Santiago. Two nights.

Day 7

Morning horse ride followed by lunch. Afternoon at leisure to relax, or enjoy mountain biking or a game of tennis.

Day 8

Morning at leisure. After lunch, return to Santiago. Transfer to the airport for your onwards flight.
